The Garden

Instructions:

“The goal was to revive a garden remembered by the Schemnitzers as a garden full of beautiful roses, flowers of any kind. An old lady used to take care of the garden in the past, but unfortunately, she passed away. I didn’t know her but she must have been a very good-hearted person. I don’t have any pictures of that garden but I strongly believe that some Schemnitzers do and that I will get to see them one day. At the moment, the garden is accessible to everybody; it has a freshly-painted open fence.

To me, this garden associates with a small processional gallery. Everybody who is interested can be taking care of it, water the plants… but before all, they can visit the garden, have a seat there and take a rest, admiring the plants. Personally, I like the newly planted Echinacea flowers and Lavender plants, but there are many other new plants in the garden. From among the original plants and flowers, the lilies and roses can be found there. Glass tanks - so called irrigators - are a part of the garden. They are capturing rainwater in order that the visitors may use it for watering the plants whenever they may need it.”
