TIME: acoustic installation
Instructions:
“While browsing the Schemnitz’s monuments, I have come across a collection of historical clocks. It appeared very nicely, yet it was dead. It was missing the sound so typical of clockworks, the ticking. I have addressed the castle management and asked them to be allowed to record the authentic sound of all the functioning clocks in the collection. I have recorded them. And from now on, the castle visitors can hear the ticking of the oldest clock from the collection, complemented with beautiful sounds of striking and chimes every hour.” P.B.
